Big4 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document outlines the rules and conditions governing the use of the big4 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out herein.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the big4 website, mobile app, or any services provided by big4 (collectively referred to as the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies referenced in this document.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the big4 Platform. We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically.

Account Creation, Eligibility & Security
Eligibility Requirements
To register and use big4's services, you must meet the following requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Must be legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement.
- Must not be subject to any legal restrictions or local regulations that prohibit the use of such services.
- Must not have been previously suspended or banned from the big4 Platform.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your password and account login credentials confidential.
- All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not it was carried out with your knowledge.
- Notify big4 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Permitted Use
You agree to use the big4 Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You are not permitted to use the Platform for any illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or any conduct that could compromise the integrity of the platform.
Prohibited Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited on the big4 Platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to access or interact with the Platform.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing any third party to use your account.
- Submitting false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or in any dealings with big4.
- Attempting to manipulate, cheat, or exploit any bugs, system vulnerabilities, or technical errors on the Platform.
- Taking any action that could compromise the stability, security, or performance of the Platform.
Legal Compliance
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the big4 Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. big4 makes no representation that the Platform is suitable or permitted for use in all geographical locations.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policies
Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the big4 Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made using any payment method supported by the Platform at the time. big4 reserves the right to update the list of accepted payment methods without prior notice. All deposits are considered final once confirmed by the system. Withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the procedures and timelines set by big4 from time to time.
Transaction Terms
- You must ensure that the bank account or digital wallet details you provide are accurate and belong to you.
- Big4 reserves the right to suspend or withhold suspicious transactions while an investigation is in progress.
- Any attempt to transfer funds through unauthorised methods may result in immediate account suspension.
- Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to the Platform's current policy and may change without notice.
Fees & Charges
Big4 does not charge hidden fees on standard deposits. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own processing fees. Users are advised to review the terms of their respective payment provider before making any transaction. Any charges imposed by banks or digital wallet providers are the user's responsibility.
Account Policy, Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension & Closure
Big4 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
- Creating multiple accounts or using false identities.
- Requests from competent authorities.
- Accounts that have been inactive beyond the period specified by big4.
Limitation of Liability
Big4 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform, including but not limited to data loss, service disruption, or financial losses resulting from betting outcomes. The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis and big4 makes no warranties regarding the stability or accuracy of any information displayed.
Intellectual Property
All content on the big4 Platform, including logos, graphics, text, software and interface designs, is the exclusive property of big4 or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, republish or exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from big4.
Third-Party Links
The big4 Platform may contain links or integrations to third-party services such as payment providers or game providers. big4 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Users are advised to read the relevant third-party terms of service separately.
Amendments & Applicable Law
Right to Amend
Big4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Users will be notified of any material changes via the Platform or their registered email address. Continued use of the Platform following such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties before any formal legal action is taken.
